Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Adult toys and accessories
- Any item that has been removed from its original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wen92304@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item
We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
